Botica House

The condition of the house requires a complete renovation, including structural restoration. Only the party walls and the façade are preserved.

The façade is protected, so its openings and constructive and decorative elements have to be preserved. Before removing the floor slabs of the house, the façade wall is stabilised with a provisional bracing element to prevent it from collapsing. Once the floor slabs have been built and the façade wall has been definitively stabilised, the temporary bracing element can be removed.
